The club offers:
Caf-fez – Saturday 6am - Join in with the group at Caf-fez, in town. This group will run rain, hail or shine. This is for the longer runners and runs are usually around 90 minutes. This run also caters for a range of abilities with various groups running at different paces and distances. Each Saturday at 6am from Caf-fez (20 Prinsep Street, Bunbury)

Intervals – Tuesday, 6am: At our clubrooms (Bunbury Recreation Ground, Ocean Drive). Organised by our ever capable Dom. Come along if you enjoy speed work and are happy to be at the mercy of our organiser, all speeds and levels are welcome. (You will be required to join the club after a couple of sessions.)

Saturday mornings at 8am: Big Swamp Wildlife Park, Prince Philip Drive, Bunbury, 6230.
Start line is opposite the car park nearest the Bunbury Wildlife Park.
Ridley Place Foreshore Parkrun, Australind
Saturday mornings at 8am: Ridley Place Foreshore Park, Old Coast Road, Australind, WA 6233. Two and a half out and back laps on a mixture of grass and concrete path adjacent to Old Coast Road, Australind.
